Match it up by the supplier part number and threads. This cap screw is Eaton Char-Lynn 14410-005 with a 0.625-18 thread size and a 0.625 inch diameter.

The Char-Lynn capscrew has a hex head. Its product width is 0.93 inches, so that's the size wrench you'll need.

what material is this capscrew made out of, and is that gonna hold up for regular hydraulic motor work?

Alloy steel construction, so it's built for the kind of load and torque demands you'd run into on Char-Lynn hydraulic motor applications. Alloy steel gives you better strength and wear resistance compared to standard carbon steel fasteners, which matters when you're torquing things down on a working motor assembly.
